Complaint about American Eagle

Hi Michael,

I am writing about the shoes I bought at American Eagle two days ago. The soles came off the shoes. When I bought them, the store clerk told me that there were very resistant, but today (two days after my purchase), there came off.

I am very mad about this situation; AE was my favorite brand! Please tell me how we can solve what happened to my shoes.
